I began this project with a simple group of sketches that I eventually adapted into digital sketches/ drafts. I spent a pretty fair amount of time brainstorming different fonts and how they would match up with the BYUI logotype that’s already been an established brand. That actually is a big part of my job is determining what kind of visual mark will fit within our school brand and what won’t.
